Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. The newsletter is free

Our newsletter (HyperInsights) is free. There is nothing to cancel or refund — you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

2. Paid engagements

Hyper-Visuals production is custom, done-for-you creative work. Because each engagement is bespoke, the following applies unless your proposal states otherwise:

• Before work begins. If you cancel before we start production, any deposit is refundable less any non-recoverable costs or work already performed (for example, discovery, scoping, or research).
• After work begins. Once production has started, fees for work completed up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. Where an engagement is cancelled partway, we will fairly assess the stage of completion and refund any unused, prepaid balance.
• On delivery. Completed and delivered deliverables are non-refundable. We include reasonable revisions as agreed in your proposal to make sure you’re happy with the result.

3. If something goes wrong

If a deliverable materially fails to meet what was agreed in your proposal, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will correct it. Our first remedy is always to fix the work; refunds, where due, are assessed fairly against the scope agreed.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, typically within 7–14 business days of approval. Timing on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. How to request a cancellation or refund
